Customer360 is a portfolio project created in Power BI. It includes pages on the demographics of the customers, sales, product (orders and returns) as well as a page with further insights on lost sales and abandoned products – session time vs sales, a ribbon chart showing the connection between abandoned items by category and year, and decision tree on returned products. This project was for the IBM Data Analyst course on Coursera. Two datasets were analyzed to identify current usage in programming languages, tools and databases and future trends, as well as the jobs market for tech workers, salary, location and skills requirements.
