I oversaw the transition from using the Heymarket texting platform and Zoom webinars to utilizing a synthesis of EasyWebinar, Jotform and the Sense texting platform to increase effectiveness and efficiency. I regularly interfaced with the account management/support teams of each platform to expand their products to ensure the implementation of our specific needs. Due to the smooth transition and success, I also trained my peers in upper management in different agencies to implement the same recruiting management system.

One example of improved efficiency consisted of using the Sense platform to self-schedule the EasyWebinar, with automated emails for confirmation and prompts to complete the JotForm survey. Another is the ability to schedule interviews and reminders via Sense. These resulted in a large improvement in efficiency.

More efficient system = more successful hires

Improved the existing pipeline management process to be more efficient and easier to use. Tracking candidates from outreach, through the interview, hire and licensing process was streamlined and resulted in more candidates being hired and more licensed agents added to teams.

Improved accountability as well as personal and professional development of team members.

I created a system in which each manager has a folder on the Google drive, with sub-folders for each agent in their group. Each includes a spreadsheet to track meeting topics and outcomes with measurable progress on agenda items (tactical and developmental), as well as agent goals vs commitment and production minimums. Videos of agents’ presentations were uploaded and feedback left by the manager, as well as other encouraging and inspirational content to assist in development. This enabled consistent measurement of personalized professional and personal growth and accountability based on commitments and specific dates of follow-up.
