Management: A record of success
Recruiting
Using available resources, including in-house proprietary Resume Management Service, as well as external job ads, I spearheaded recruiting. This involved data acquisition, enhancement and transformation, loading it to utilize within the SMS platforms of Sense for initial outreach, funneling candidates to a company overview webinar. Once candidates self-registered for the webinar that I created and narrated (with some video) in PowerPoint hosted on Vimeo via EasyWebinar platform’s automation, candidates were encouraged to fill out a customized JotForm.
Constant data analysis on sources, methods and outcomes was carried out to ensure efficiency and efficacy.

Hiring
A bad hire can cost a company time, energy and reputation – good hiring practices and judgment ensure that quality hires add to the productivity and bottom line of the company.
Candidates were interviewed with the other members of the hiring team. I showed the secondary presentation that I created which went into further detail about the company and position.
Using best practices, only the highest quality candidates were hired based on experience, temperament and potential. I have an excellent track record of hiring the best of the best who are a net gain for the company.
Pipeline
Shepherding new hires from pre-licensing course to licensure within a very tight timeline
Once hired, new hires had to be guided through the pre-licensing course, to state exam to licensure. This required close coordination – daily calls and tracking progress, answering questions, giving tips and encouragement. Once the course was completed, new hires were scheduled for background checks and exams. After passing the state exam I assisted with license application on the National Insurance Producer Registry.
Due to the system I refined, this procedure was greatly streamlined and resulted in higher rate of success for new hires making it through the process.

Training
I have trained new staff in various industries- retail, hospitality and most recently in life insurance.
In my previous role, I created an entire manual and system for the in-house training for new agents on the proprietary software, presentation and the CRM. Additionally, I trained new managers on systems and processes within the organization for their management duties, as well as my peers in other organizations on the Pipeline System I improved.
For new agents, after the initial week of in-house training, I was responsible for training new agents to be proficient in all areas to become a “released agent” that is successful, and exceeding production minimums as well as their personal income goals. This training was accomplished through dedicated training periods and organizational and team workshops which I designed, facilitated and lead, and daily as questions and situations arose to address specific areas in which team members needed additional guidance.
In prior roles, I trained new employees on all aspects of the resort – administrative support, hotel desk, spa, gift shop and the 4 star restaurant. This required extensive knowledge of all roles and processes and procedures.
Team Management
Professional development and training produces top employees and strong team cohesion
Utilizing the scalable team management and team development system I created for the insurance firm, I have consistently received high marks from team members and management on the consistent, ongoing training and development of team members. Stressing the importance of ethics, transparency and proficiency in the software and products, every team member has been able to meet and exceed their own expectations for professional achievements and personal development while producing near and long-term growth for the firm.
In addition the system created allowed all management real-time updates to production, allowed us to see trends and capitalize on strengths to ensure everyone was in the right role at the right time. The Team Development framework and system increased accountability and enabled more focused professional development with great results.
