Graphics and data are my passions! Certified Data Analyst by both IBM and Microsoft. Data is useless unless it is in a format in which it can be accessed, understood and utilized efficiently. In different contexts I have organized, analyzed and presented data for use by stakeholders, staff and management for tracking and to make the best data-driven business decisions. My background with graphic design and marketing allow me to make your business look great as well as understand the process and results of your marketing campaign sales data to better provide you with data-driven recommendations to maximize your profits in a business intelligence role.

Analyze data, translate information to functional graphics to assist in business decisions

Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, eDraw Max, PowerPoint, Freemind, SQL, and Python to analyze data and then present complex data sets graphically, instantly understood by everyone.

I’m very experienced in and comfortable with presenting to stakeholders to assist in solving business problems and best data-driven business decisions.

Web Design & Maintenance

HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript. SQL databases, PHP MyAdmin, cPanel. Google suite

I redesigned and maintained the website for John L. Wallace & Associates (now Wallace Group), and designed and maintained the website for it’s subsidiary, Fluid Resource Management. Both companies have since reconstituted and re-branded in completely different directions in the intervening 20+ years.

Between then and now, I’ve created personal, topic-oriented websites in the past using Adobe Dreamweaver, and others using Joomla and WordPress content management systems. I’ve used Shopify to create an eCommerce site for apparel and accessories.

Graphic Design

Graphics make your company memorable and desirable

I’ve created beautiful brochures, informative flyers, enticing advertisements, product packaging, such as the soap label above, gorgeous menus, product mockups, complex PowerPoint presentations as well as physical presentations for recruiting candidates at university events.

I’ve used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create logos and other graphics, Freemind to create ‘mind-maps’ of complex data sets and eDraw Max to simplify and present complex data sets graphically in an instantly understandable format. This site is made in WordPress with Divi builder and WooCommerce

Marketing Materials

I’ve created graphics and marketing materials for life insurance, hospitality and engineering industries. Specifically- menus for a highly acclaimed restaurant, glossy brochures, all new signage and branding at a busy spa resort, complex proposals for multi-million dollar projects, to a website for a multi-discipline engineering firm, I produced top quality materials that got results.

I also write, edit and proofread copy for a variety of marketing materials.

eCommerce

Spreadshirt, TeePublic, Redbubble, Etsy, Shopfiy and Printify are some platforms I’ve used for eCommerce, creating elite level mockups and graphics, leveraging AI to research and craft listings that outperform competitors on those platforms and off, and creating premium branding with consistency using buyer psychology, color theory and more.
